About

Diabetes is a complicated disease as it can affect many areas of your body as well as many areas of your life. What you eat, when you eat, treatments and medications, testing your blood glucose, exercising, and whatever else one does in their life; all these play a role in successfully managing Diabetes. Demonstrating how I live my life with the disease, getting advice from others on how they cope and live with it (especially if they have lived with the disease for a long time, have been extremely health conscious and successful in achieving and maintaining positive living), people and things I see, and things that may not even have to do with the disease but are humorous and worth-while to share may be some of the topics of interest that this site will be about.
Your goal is to live a happy, healthy life with Diabetes and mine is to give you the resources to achieve your goal. Plus, any other tid-bits of information that could help. Feel free to ask questions, converse, and give your thoughts or comments. Work to live, don’t live to work.
