Do these few things and you may have success IF you stick to it
1. Drink plenty of water every and each day. Lose all the other sugary and insufficient beverages you have and substitute it with water. If the drink is mostly water based then that is okay as long as you still, most of the time, drink plain water. Water, use it wisely. 
2. Eat breakfast. No matter when your breakfast is and no matter what it is, have something, it could be a protein shake to a coffee or a small sustainable food. Get something in your system to get your metabolism going unless your body will hoard your fat and you will binge or gouge later.
3. Exercise.
4. Snack through the day. It is actually good for you so then you don’t wait for your next meal and binge on it. Nuts, vegetables, fruit.
5. Proportion. Proportion size. It’s all about proportion. Everything in moderation.
